Made in Italy comes to Argentina with “Promover“, the project that aims to create economic and social networks between Italy and Argentina, through the development and enhancement of the economy of the two territories and the creation of social and commercial networks ‘intercontinental’.
Fundamental ingredients of this operation from the innovative approach we have started with the Cisp-Development NGOs and Ethics and Confartigianato Vicenza are: the territory, local institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises.
Four manufacturing sectors involved in the initiative: metal, textile, furniture and furnishing, to which the creation of business services centers, on the Made in Italy model, is added.
“Our goal – says Luigi Grando, responsible for Latin America’s Cisp programs – is to promote socio-economic development of the population of the area of General San Martín in the province of Buenos Aires, improving local, national and international competitiveness of the local production sector, consolidating relations with institutions, associative networks, research and technological innovation as tools to support small and medium-sized enterprises. ”
“There is much interest in the spatial theme – continues Grando – and in particular on the role of SMEs as an instrument for improving and improving the well-being of the population. It will not only be a commercial mission – adds Grando – but above all a way to meet the demand and technology, innovation and experience to create networks between Italian and Argentine entrepreneurs. ”
COSMOB’s contribution to the project was to “make available the experience and the technological know-how,” explains President Alessio Gnaccarini, as the basis for creating new synergies and business partnerships on technological aspects, from an industrial policy point of view development through topics such as domotics, home technology, office, public spaces and certifications; themes in which Italy has always been at the forefront “.
The project’s final objectives, which last for a total of 36 months, are the support of the Local Development Agency, the creation of a technical assistance unit for economic and territorial development, of a territorial information system linking it demand and supply of the local and regional production sector, the signing of a national territorial pact for the development and social cohesion of the area, and the realization of two interchanges between local development agencies and entrepreneurs in Italy, Colombia, Argentina and other South American countries. It is also expected that the project will enable the deployment of at least 30 IT companies and on a technological basis through the incubator of San Martin, initiated with a previous CISP intervention and now enhanced with the new high tech section.
