Private Assisted House per la longevità attiva e indipendente dell’anziano.

The project is aimed at encouraging the active longevity of the elderly in their own home, a place where they can continue their usual activities, enjoying innovative services based on user-friendly technology content. PAss, launched in February 2013, lasts 24 months and intends to contribute to the diffusion of a new culture of intelligent house concept by placing the home user at the center of the technology solutions developed.

The PAss model integrates the best teleservice technologies and realizes the cognitive, training and care support needed for the actual diffusion of some smart-objects, specially developed both in the medical and in the furniture sectors. As for the medical area, smart-objects will allow you to measure vital parameters such as, heart rate and respiratory, temperature, activity, and metabolic rate. With regard to furniture components, it is expected that solutions will be developed to ensure optimal utilization by motor and / or cognitive disadvantaged end-users, also in view of the integration of their complements with innovative technologies.
